Set Flash Size in script

Need help here. Can you help me how to set fit size for my flash file in my space content. The sample link is as below.

http://www.yahootoon.com/folders/nau...lonely_guy.php

The original file is bigger than it shown.

Pls tell me what should i alter or change in the script.
