    Possible in PHP?

    Is it possible to tell if a file on your server was accessed through redirection or frame?

    in your form on in.php set a variable from_in
    PHP Code:
    $from_in TRUE
    then on the top of submit put :

    PHP Code:
    if(!isset($from_in)){
    echo
    " error, you have come to this page by mistake";
     exit();
     }else{
    ////normal submit page
