    Can you see this site?

    Hey all, One of my hosted clients tels me that his Dad cannot view his website.

    http://www.hectorusa.com/

    I do not yet know what setup his dad has but this is the error info that his Dad gets.

    502 connections failed.
    Host www.hectorusa.com is not authorized.

    Can you see this website? Please let me know if you can see it or not and if you can't what error code(s) are you getting.

    yeah...

    I don't know. I have asked my client about it, but it was just last night that I emailed him so I will just have to wait to find out.

    Does anyone have suggestions of some questions that I could ask to help troubleshoot his dads error?

    It sounds like the sort of thing a gateway might say.

    But I'll have a bit of a look into it...

    It's actually the error that comes up when a gateway is having trouble - often this response code is given when a gateway is down due to high bandwidth use - and there is some kind of timeout. This code is non-standard so it doesn't conform to any official specification.

    I don't know how you would track down where this is happening.
