    maximize script

    hi,

    before starting to modify the script i juste want to know if it's gone work like this. I prefer to ask because i still know nothing about javascript even though i start to understand thing a little but
    here is the script for a div to be maximized!
    however i don't want the div to cover the whole screen in terms of height!
    indeed i want to leave 30px on the bottom!

    Is that ok if i just do this:

    myheight()= xClientHeight() -(30);
    xResizeTo(ele, xClientWidth(), myheight());

    The screen in itself is the following:
    Code:
      function maxOnClick()
      {
        if (maximized) {
          maximized = false;
          xResizeTo(ele, w, h);
          xMoveTo(ele, x, y);
        }
        else {
          w = xWidth(ele);
          h = xHeight(ele);
          x = xLeft(ele);
          y = xTop(ele);
          xMoveTo(ele, xScrollLeft(), xScrollTop());
          maximized = true;
          xResizeTo(ele, xClientWidth(), xClientHeight());
        }
        me.paint();
      }

    You're not helping us to help you. This is the 7th thread you've started for this same project. And this is the 2nd thread you've started for this maximize question (here's the other one).

    As I said before, you are going to have to learn basic Javscript - basic syntax and semantics.
