    URL strings & the address in the browser window.

    If I call a page with something like

    http://www.mysite.com/mypage.php?hug...arameterstring

    what do I need to do to have the browser window show only the page address? IE

    www.mysite.com/mypage.php

    Thank you for your help

    Tony,

    I believe that the only way to do this would be to use a form. Like this:

    Code:
    <form action="http://www.mysite.com/pmypage.php" method="post">
    <input type="hidden" name="query-string" value="">
    <input type="submit" value="Click here!">
    </form>
    I'm not completely sure if that would work, but that's just what I think would work.

    Let me know if you have more questions!

    You can put them in a session as session variables, or treat them as hidden variables in the form like Tony said.
