How do i get this forum, to email me, when someone replies to a post

the questions in the title.... Is there somewhere I can modify my settings so I can be notified of reply's to post.

And also where I can make an auto signature.

Well Duh.... I saw that saw the email option thing just as I clicked the post reply button.....
