Reminder script?

I am wondering if anyone knows of a reminder script available? My host will not permit cron jobs. Maybe there is one out there that's co-branded?

Just curious. I had my eye on ereminder, but it "ain't" gonna happen if I stay with my current host.

This isn't really possible without cron I'm afraid. Looks like time to think about moving hosts.
