About 10 minutes.. the longest part was finding my old high school yearbook.





Mine took about 45 minutes. I could do it in less but I was experimenting.

Mine took me as long as it took for me to steal the image from the
DMOZ Category I'm editor of, make the background transparent, and resize it.

I got the earth from the Yahoo! Pictures site and deleted the background (outer-space) using Photoshop.
It was orginally a painting from someone from somewhere.
I plan to get a better avatar, but I don't know when.
