    MYSQL - Connecting to Database from another domain.

    Is it possible to setup MySQL such that a database may be accessed from another domain?

    I have a customer who's account is hosted on a server without MySQL support. I would like to give them access to a MySQL database which I have administration priviledges for on another domain.

    I've added a user with the following GRANT command:
    Code:
    GRANT ALL PRIVILEGES ON *.* TO remoteuser@remotedomain.com
               IDENTIFIED BY password' WITH GRANT OPTION;
    Doesn't Work

    $db = mysql_connect("host", "username", "password");

    So just change host to the ip address of the mysql server and thats should be all you need to do.
