Anyone have a good resource to do a javascript dropdown menu similar to this one ???

I like this one, but i'm having a bit of trouble customizing it. For one, I cannot figure out how (after its all customized) to place it into a table/cell with a predefined width. I also cannot figure out how NOT to make the entire navbar less than 100%.

Anyone have something better or some advice for that one?
