DMOZ extractor script. Use with SUBdomains

I own many domains for a certain category, just as an example, lets say insurance.

I want to create a Yahoo type search-links website while wanting surfers to also be able to just enter domain names and end up at SUBDOMAIN pages.
For example, I would like them to be able to type in carinsurance.com and end up at a subdomain at car.insurance.com

I would like to import all insurance sites, but then be able to have those sites organized into categories and be accessible as in the above instance.

WhenI advertizse the website I can list all of the domains ... which redirect to the subdomain categories.

I would greatly appreciate feedback on this. Is it possible? Is there a better way to do this? Which scripts should I use? Are there programmers who can set this up for me?

    Thanks

    Patrick

I am quite sure that there will be existing scripts to do this and, in any case, writing an script that does what you want should not be extremely hard. Difficulty will depend on the list of words to compare and how good you are at explaining what you want.

Following your example: anything with the format abcinsurance.com, whateverinsurance.com, etc. it is clear that will become abc.insurance.com, whatever.insurance.com

But what happens if it is insurancetoday.com? should it be transformed into insurance.today.com or today.insurance.com? or leave it as it is?

If you are explicit in what you want I am quite sure that you will find someone to code it for you at a good price.
