Restore database from backup? (was "I'm such an idiot")

I am such a moron, it was probably the sleep deprivation that messed this up but last night i was going over some data on the mysql database and i accidentally deleted like 20,000 rows of data from the server. i have a backup till the end of last month but i was wondering if there's anyway i'd be able to restore data from lets say, the 1st of March to right now. is there a cache where mysql stores the tables and stuff.
