    Hi,

    Just wondering, is it possible to logout of php authentication.
    By Either destroying the variable PHP_AUTH_USER?

    I'd like to have a logout page, that destroys in and just has a message saying logged out.

    Thanks if anyone knows.

    If you are authenticating using those funny pop up username / password windows then no, there is no way to log out without closing down all browser windows. That's the downside of using that form of authentication.

    Thanks, I just thought it may be possible to do something like:

    unset($PHP_AUTH_USER);

    Thanks again
