Filling Dynamic Fields From Drop Down Box Selection

I am developing a company system so all out quote requests are stored in a database.

If you look at http://quotes.thedesignroom.net you can see the basic structure of this. I am happy with it, apart from the MATERIAL section.

The material info [mat_id, mat_sup & mat_desc] is stored in a table called "material" and after the user selects, for instance Z06/1, I wants the fields $mat_1_supplier to show $mat_sup and $mat_1_description to show $mat_desc.

I need this to work on all material selections.

After searching Hot Scripts & Script Search, I cannot find anything that does this. Anyone any ideas?

I know it's more than likely to use some JavaScript programming on it, but the rest of the page/site will be in PHP.

    Many Thanks
    Ian Gunter

filling dynamically fields should not be a problem... can you show a bit more code ?

Sorry, I should have said on here, after thinking about it, I've scrapped the idea for the time being. I may put it into effect later, but for now, there's just a dropdown.

    Cheers anyway.
