How can i check the sql 2000 database activity?

    Hi,
    iam working on a forum.
many users access this forum and post good number of messages.
but sometimes i get strange errors like
"The system cannot find the file specified. "
I suspect this is cuz load factor and want to check it in sql server 2000.
    where can i do this?
and also how can i check the asp page activity like
whether all the objects are closed are still running?
    early reply appreciated.
    Happy Coding!!!
    Bruce Lee.

What you need to do, for this kind of profiling, is to use the tool called perfmon.exe.

You can add all kinds of measuers to your profiling, including the number of asp connections and requests / seconds. Of course you can also keep an eye an just about all aspects of SQL server from here too.
