PHPLib Templates

Hi....

I'm currently developing a forum which at the moment uses PHPLib template functionality.

I have seen snipets of conversations on the PHPBB help forum about the downsides of PHPLib templates....

Has anyone had any problems with PHPLib, which regard to speed....?

Not if you use them properly, in fact they are a lot faster than FastTemplate from what I have heard. I don't see any downsides to it, and the new release of the template.inc for PHPLIB which can be found on sourceforge is supposed to support conditional statements within the templates. I say PHPLIB over Fast Template.
