Now that I'm at the end of a project, I'm going to send our client a project acceptance/completion document. I've got one and have been using it for a while, but it lacks something. I want to write a more professional and comprehensive doc to use in future.
Can anybody help me here? You're tips, examples and insight would greatly be appreciated!
That is pretty much what I have. I also include screenshots of the design and any custom aretwork (logos, etc.) and have them sign each page. That way they can't come back and say the site looked different when the accepted.
