What forums have you been posting in? There are some that do not add to your post count.
When you post in GC (any others?), your posts do not affect your post count.
Are your posts getting deleted? Behave yourself! j/k..
Yep. You've been spending a lot of time in Genereal Chat. Like pointed out above posts in that forum do not count towards your post count.

No, posts in the General Chat forum dont count towards your overall post count, for the simple reason that they aren't related to what Sitepoint is 'REALLY' about...which as far as I remember is...erm...*scratches head*...oh yeah! Web Development. I doubt they will get counted, but I'm sure that posting there will still get you some recognition, even if it doesn't reflect in you post count!
