hello
I need to figure out a few things for a subscriber article site. All they need to do is provide their email address and make up a password to get to the pages to read them.
Here is what I want to be able to do:
Have a login page with just email and pass, when the user creates a profile with those two fields they get sent a confirmation email, the admin gets a copy of that email, and it writes the email address and password to a database.
Then if possible be able to put them on an autoresponder, have that autoresponder use that database to send them emails.
i can do small forms like contact forms but simple ones where i get notified but not an auto reply that echoes the email that was entered back, or send it to a database at the same time.
any ideas where to start?
