Hi, could someone point me to where I could find information that may explain how I can go about setting up a system that shows the latest forum discussions from the vBulletin database on the homepage just like the homepage at sitepoint.com?

Im working with a CSS dreamweaver template, and dont know any programming languages very well. I was also interested in how sitepoint publishes the featured discussion threads on the homepage, and was assuming they had a custom CMS that helps with this.

I still havn't purchased vBulletin so I realy havn't had a chance to ask at the the vBulletin.org support site. If someone could help me understand some of this I would be thankful.
