    [HELP] Problems with fulltext search !

    Hello, i have a table with several fields, i want to perform a fulltext search.
    I've tried this sql command :
    PHP Code:
    SELECT FROM table WHERE MATCH(field1,field2,field3AGAINST('$search');
    with field1, 2 and 3 in the same fulltext index.
    Before that i tried with seperated fulltext index but it didn't work anyway.
    I don't understand how i can do that!
    Please help ! :'(

    What does didn't work mean? Did you get results? Did you use field1,field2,field3 or actually use the columnnames? Is there a value for $search? Have you tried this using the actual search term instead of storing it in a variable?

    Isn't the syntax:
    PHP Code:
    SELECT MATCH (field1,field2,field3AGAINST ('$search'FROM table
