Need Help; How do you STOP these types of Spam?

    Hi there all,
I recently have been receiving an abundance of spam emails to my GMail inbox, normally the spam filter catches these emails, but the spam emails in question are of a 'strange' variety.

I receive emails into my inbox from the 'Mailer-Daemon' and 'Mail Delivery Sub-system' services from the email accounts/services I 'supposedly' have sent emails to.

Most of the content on the email state the email I ‘supposedly’ sent contains spam materials or state that the email cannot be delivered properly.

So, I am asking you guys; what is happening with my email account? Has someone hacked into my account or what?

I use the email account in question for registering domains names ONLY, I exercise the WhoIS privacy guard provided by Namecheap.com, so I reckon the spammers must have got my email address from GoDaddy WhoIS or Sedo, where I have 'parked' 20 of my domains names.

Below is a example of the email I receive regularly into the inbox, in response to a email I 'supposedly' have sent?

They could be spoofing your gmail address and so the crap that gets mass-emailed out gets returned to your address.
Some of the failed messages may be genuine.

How would you stop yourself from getting your email spoofed?.

I have read some of the emails sent back to my inbox, most of them were like normal spam, selling software, graphic design, medicine etc.

    gwaddmit those spammers
So I am wondering what you put here?
