Hi everybody. pls help me how i can do the programming part in typo3 project.

have a look at the typo3.org website. There are innumerable tutorials in the documentation section (at least 100 in different formats like pdf etc ... and many many flash tutorials are also there which teach you interactively all you need to know about using and customizing typo3)

note that to customize typo3 is not the easiest of jobs....
and to deploy typo3 one needs a vps or dedicated server (ideally) ... too resource intensive for a shared server (unless the site has very few visitors)

If you are beginner at TYPO3 and you need to make real complex web-site, the best way is to hire somebody (from India, Russia, Ukrain or Easten Europe to save money).

First real TYPO3 project can be a nightmare to newbie.

As for hosting: TYPO3 works OK on not-overloaded shared hosting as Micfo.
