Problem with inserting a timestamp
I have dumped a table from a mysql db on a windows machine (4.0.18-nt) and want to move the table on a mysql db on a linux machine (4.0.22-standard).
In my table, I have a column of type TIMESTAMP(10) and it seems to be giving me some trouble. In the inserts of the sql dump, the timestamps are not between quotes and for some reasons, it looks like the mysql db on Linux needs the timestamps to be between quotes otherwise, it forces the timestamps to 0000000000. So all my timestamps are forced to 0000000000 and are thus not imported properly.
Is there a switch somewhere that I can use to solve this problem? Is it version or os related?
Many thanks in advance.
