    Why doesn't DreamweaverMX see ?>

Sometimes Dreamweaver MX doesn't seem to recognise that final ?>. Is there an answer, please, Experts?

There is no reason why DWMX shouldnt see php ?> if you are coding on a php page.
(check that when you create a new page)

    GOTO edit> preferences> code coloring > php
and see what it says there.

Although re-reading your post, it might be that there is a coding error somewhere else on the page that is messing up the syntax.....
