It's got to be a joke. It would literally be IMPOSSIBLE to design a page with that many broken rules by accident.

Plus, look at the phone number he lists to call him about a Quote.

It's definitely a joke. And a darn good one, too

I mean, the guy took care of every detail to make a really horrible, useless site. Misspellings..."untitled document"...broken image links...images sized wrong...

I think the only thing he didn't do was make a page that takes forever to load. But I dunno, I'm on DSL, maybe the page is 100k...

Oh, LOL, there is a poetry section...oh my gosh...

Acctually my dog (12yr., a boxer) can do at least as good as that guy, but he doesn't charge for that
