    Hi,
I am very newbie to webmastering and web production so I need some help from expert people like your self. Currently I own and maintain this fan site at http://empireearth.strategy-gaming.com and I am planning to redesign it and add some new featurs to site to be more appealing and better overall.
So i need some suggestions how to improve it?
I would like to put in CSS links in my site so it would be easy to update and make changes but i really dont know much about it.
And if I have menu in my site whats best way for the menu to be update with out going to every single page and updating it.

Thanks a lot to everybody and for everything

    For CSS:
    http://www.htmlhelp.com/reference/css/properties.html

To make your pages easier to update, you need to use either SSI (Server Side Includes) or the include function from PHP, ASP or Cold Fusion. The easiest is SSI as it requires no extra languages to be installed on your server.

Check out this thread on SitePoint regarding SSI:

Nope, you can't include SSI within another SSI'd file. You could use PHP to include() them though.

well, the best reference would be the PHP site itself. www.php.net

Also you could try reading up on some of the posts in the PHP forum:
