100k a day really isn't that much, I think you'll find many people with that.

Hey Aspen, I noticed this other post by you in which you said that $1000/day was not anything to write home about. Now you are saying 100K impressions/day is nothing special.

What is the 'DEALEO' brother? I will be starting work at a nation's top 20 law firm and they'll pay me a starting salary of $125K/year. Such positions come to only few top law students. But under your standards, this is not enough.

Not trying to criticize you or something but just trying to understand your mode of thinking

Now 100K uniques a day would be something else entirely. I believe we're talking daily page views here which really doesnt amount to much. It also depends on the type of site. Now if you were getting any sizeable amount of traffic to a very niche site, thats something to brag about. General interest sites like free email etc its easy to rack up page views. I'll have something to really brag about only when I reach a million users.

    Lawyer,

Apparently Aspen gets a lot of traffic so these numbers are very small for him. If you were a millionaire, whats a few dollars to you? To each his own!

100K uniques/day is a huge amount of traffic for the typical web site. Even 10K is very very respectable. Either amount should be quite profitable.

While we're lying and not listing our sites, let me say:

Looking at most of the sites here, and checking them in Alexa, I don't think you all mean unique visitors, right?

I don't think I ever said $1k a day in profit is nothing to write home about. Maybe $1k a month.

100k impressions a day is good as well, its just not uncommon for webmasters here, especially those with multiple sites.

Fahd also brings up a good point that niche matters.
