    Disappointing

I don't know if anyone here uses the excellent SpamFighter plugin for OE6 (www.spamfighter.com), It's freeware or pay a bit for the Pro version.

Trouble is the recover password page of their website doesn't work in FF. And when I told them this, I got the following response:

    Dear Matt

Our website is only build to Internet Explorer..

    Best Regards

    Subject: Lost Password page

    Hi,

Just to let you know that your lost password page doesn't work in Firefox
1.0. You don't see the box to enter your email address.

    Cheers
    Matt
You'd have thought that someone offering a product like this would be aware of browser incompatibilities and such like.

How hard is it to make a cross-browser web site? It's not exactly rocket science...

Quite. I just find it ironic seeing as they've taken the time to be tableless, yet their site doesn't work in the browsers who actually support the tableless sites the best.

It's one thing if it was a personal site or something, but this is a business website here. How can you have a site that not only promotes your business, but is also used to sell and support your product, yet it doesn't support some browsers?
