Two-column form using CSS - Netscape misbehaving

I created a tableless form based upon code from Rachel Andrews book "The CSS Anthology" (chapter 6). It looks good in IE, FF, Opera, but Netscape (my version is 7.0) does not display labels. It just displays fields with no text labels to the left as it does in other browsers.

If anyone had any tips to make NS behave, I'd really appreciate it. The form can be found at the url below. I kept the css inline temporarily for testing purposes.

Hello Michael, could you provide a screenshot of the problem as it appears in Netscape 7? I am not quite sure what may be happening.

Hi Thomas, thank you for your reply. Unfortunately I am currently out of town and don't have NS on my laptop. I will be home on Sunday and will post a screenshot. However, all of the form fields are aligned along the left margin, and there are no text labels, only the form fields.
