How to create a stand alone CD with PHP

I cannot find an answer to my problem in the archives so I ask here:
I want to put a PHP program, the data and the mysql database on a CD because I shall deliver it on a non-web media to pass my examination.
But I cannot figure out how to do it. Can anybody tell me the procedure or give me a link to a place where it is described

Your best bet is writing a little C program to set up all the config files in a temp directory on the hard drive to store the pid, lock, log and other temps file, start the daemons, make sure everything they all come up okay and then start the users default browser on localhost:8081. (port 8081 so it doesn't conflict with any local webserver or proxy they're already running).

have fun. If you need more pointers, just post back here. I think it'd be quite a useful little thing to have around.

You can compile a PHP program into a standalone executable file. The only compiler that worked for me was www.priadoblender.com. I'm not sure about the mysql part though.

(For a short guide on this, feel free to check out the link in my sig.)

the overall result (i.e. having an autoplaying wamp app. on cd) is entirely possible; see my post above for directions.

Obviously some files will have to be copied to the hard drive or some other writeable media (a ram disk maybe) but it is possible.
