iPOD earhpones

has anyone else experienced, a blown up ipod earphone, mine blew at half volume after listening to my new iPOD for about 6 hours, only ever played at between half and 3/4 volume, absolutely spewing, as i have to print some form of the mac website for a refund, which is a pain since i have no printer, then send it away.....

Those headphones sucked, they crapped out on me after a few months. Got some nice ones from the sony style store.
