    Smile usb drive password

    greetings gurus.. i just bought a leadtek usb drive 256 MB... im looking for a small utility that i can install onto the usb drive to password protect it..

    i only received a Win 98 driver CD with the purchase.. no additional software!

    is there any 3rd party software i cna install to password protect my data on the flash drive..??

    Im not sure, I just saw it had a free download. Maybe it is a trial version though.

    hey bro... yea its a 15 day trail.

    any other suggestions... i have surfed the leadtek site from A-Z... nothing.

    sigh.. guess my data will never be safe

    Hey,

    You could create like a root folder on the drive and put everthing in there. Then password protect it using http://www.cypherix.com/password_pro...oogle_password
