Question If you are using Windows/IE you can help me :)

I am using a Mac but I need to offer directions on how to delete SPECIFIC Cookies on wondows/Internet Explorer. I have searched the web but they only offer ways to delete all of your cookies but i dont want this.

Could you tell me how to go about deleting specific cookies on your machine?

    Thanks
    eric

    Hello

Goto>tools>internet options>under the general tab there is a section for tremporary internet files, click settings which will open another window then you can click the "view files" button and that will open a directory window to where the cookies are stored.

    Hope it helps

Gulag just told you how to do it. I'd recommend you use Mozilla firefox, so easy to delete specific cookies in that.

Tools > options > privacy > cookies > view cookies

It gives you an ordered list of cookies, select and delete the ones you want.

Actually, I am using FF. This is related to some logout problems i was having on my site. And since we are not living in a perfect world, i still have to give instructions for my users who are using IE :'(
