How do people organise their website files?
I've just been dumping everything in the root directory and all of the images in an assets folder. Thing is it's all getting a bit confusing as the site gets bigger.
Just wonder how other people do it?

Use max 2 level deep structure, as s e o people say.
We plan to use subdomains instead of dirs.
