Return from Circuit City

does anyone know their return policy?

like.. if i dont have my receipt and just want a swap out.. will that be possible? or will they look it up through my purchase history?

well my purchase is over 30 days though.. should have stated that

why not call them and ask? say you are not sure whether it's been 30 days or more. i don't think you should have problems getting a store credit (given that the item is in perfect sellable condition)

I think a big factor that you didn't mention is what the product is. If you want to exchange a speaker cable it probably won't be as big of a deal as if you want to exchange a computer. Whether it will work all depends on the product, it's condition and why it's being returned.

I seriously reccomend best buy over circuit city, if you have one near you.
Last year they told me that windows xp hadn't been released yet
