    LEFT NAV on m website

I have a Nav on the left side of my website and it has button going to different pages on my site. I also have like a FRIENDS list. My question is : Is there a way I can set up my website that if I wanted to add a link or friend or button to my Left NAV I can do it once and it will automatically do it to all my pages or do i need to edit each page one by one?

you not not expaine what form the 'nav' is on the left of your page.

best if you post a link so that it can be seen

but there are numerous ways to display common content with your page.

frameset frames and iframes are the most common alternatively floating popup menus/areas and 'header areas' can be effective with the content defined in an external javascript used by all pages.

with a better idea of your need we can concentrate on one the above

    have a look round

which has examples of the above suggestions
