Books about MS SQL

I think it’s time for me to begin with MS SQL; I have only worked with MS Access so far, never MS SQL.
I’m looking for some good books about SQL, what do you recommend a beginner? I'm also interested in some good resources on the web.

Books Online is really just about the only resource you'll need as a beginner.
