    i know it's by css..
    and i have tried this is the <style> tag before </head>
    Code:
    iframe { scrollbar atts. }
    and this in the <iframe> tag
    Code:
    <Iframe width="92%" height="90%" src="news.shtml"
     name="main" align="center" border="0" frameborder="0" marginwidth="2" marginheight="2"
    style="scrollbar-face-color: #70828E;
     scrollbar-shadow-color: #333333; scrollbar-highlight-color: #333333;
     scrollbar-3dlight-color: #70828E; scrollbar-darkshadow-color: #70828E;

    verzon...

    First off, would you mind editing your post to more lines please? It will make it much easier to read.

    1) Why are you defining the style in two places?

    2) Have you tried applying the scrollbar attributes to the BODY tag of "news.shtml" (the page that is being pulled in from the iframe)?

    I used this method and it worked for me. Simply the scrollbar styles to the BODY tag of the page that is being pulled into the iframe. It works for me.
