I was told that my index page up at 209.235.111.39 does not work in Netscape. Could someone please tell me how to fix it so that it looks the same in both Netscape and IE? Thanks!

Yeah....I know what an IP address is....but I have problems accessing webs that way sometimes!

My system is in need of a good tune up I think!

Oh, well as far as I know that's the only way to access it right now. I haven't transferred the domain name over because I don't really want anyone going there until its fully ready to roll. How could I figure out what's wrong?

    How's your knowledge of HTML??

If you've read other posts about IE vs NN and FP vs Dreamweaver, then you'll know that FP has a tendancy to produce sloppy code and NN doesn't like it!!

The best thing I can suggest is that you go through your HTML first and make sure that all your tags are properly laid out.

Also, if you use a table for your page layout, and you set a bg image to the table, NN will try to fill each cell within that table with the same bg image. The cure for this is to fill the cells with a transparent gif image (something I found out recently - courtesy of some SitePoint regulars!)
