File sharing programs without Spyware??

Are there any left out there that does not load your computer up with junk? I know Kazaa Lite used to be a good one, but its off the market now to my knowledge.

checked it again and now its German....or is says file not found.

They've got problems with their site...it was english, then clicked on a link and it went to some other language...then tried to go back and it said not found, so I went back and it back in english...its crazy.
