AdSense Reporting a '0' dollar click.

I was watching my stats this morning, and I saw I had one click, and a total of $0.00.

I e-mailed support, but, I just figured, is this a common reporting error or something?

It could be you or someone with the same ip as you clicking. As adsense doesnt count clicks that have the same ip has the webmaster. At least in my experiance.

It could very well have been a google public service add. As far as I know you donít get anything when these are clicked.

Indeed you dont. As their not really advertisers, just public notices from google. Thus you wont get anything

    Nor do they get counted.

I got a response from Google saying it was deemed a fraudulant click, and it was either the webmaster clicked it, or it was clicked before the site had properly finished loading...

    Meh.

I've had a couple of these too. I usually don't consider it worth my time to worry about, until they become commonplace enough to affect my bottomline.

How google knows the webmaster clicked the ads? My IP changes every time I connect the internet.

I would imagine that its just the clicks / views / earnings not being calculated at the same time...?

I have experienced that many times, I assume it gets fixed later in the day. It may just be a display error.
