Is Christmas all about spending money? It certainly wasn't when I was a kid, and I'm not used to it, nor I will as much as the salesmen try.
People are so conditioned these days... A shop just has to put up a Christmas tree (starting October!) and everyone is out buying stuff like mad.
Waiting in an endless line to pay for all that stuff, have you ever wondered why did you just spend all your money (on all the crap really)? Can you no longer make your close ones happy without making the mall owner even happier?

im not materialistic and i dont think christmas is all about money, its about being happy and being with the ppl you care about - presents and santa and shopping and christmas dinners are all traditions and i love them, its not about advertising or being a slave to anything - i thoroughly enjoy it all and i love the commercial side also - it seems to me saul u dont really like much of anything these days
