^ sleeping like a baby
^ is making me a dinner
^ is wearing a multicoloured scarf of some kind today
^ is apparently as warm as I am.
^ is welcoming summer weather by creating a brand new collection of scarfs for her store (summer inspired, of course)
@ php: hope you like gazpacho and Spanish omelet, because that's all I have I am afraid
^ bring it on! I'm not picky, anything is good for me.
I don't know about the rest of you, but I'd rather eat at ^ than at molona's any day.
Have you seen Datura's cooking!?!
^ doesn't know how I cook! But yes, I guess Datura is better than me even at that
pd: I am not a bad cooker, but I am not the greatest
^ should invite me over for lunch one of these days.
That's okay... all I can cook is peanut butter sandwiches.
^ it's his turn to make me dinner today
Molona, you're just too humble, you're a great cook!
BTW, cooker is an appliance while a person who cooks is a cook, or am I daydreaming?
^ is a bona fide slang dictionary in human (or so one assumes) form.
^ speaks a language I don't understand
I was thinking that might be the case, but jeez that sounds funny
^ has a point
... but, the dictionary says: An appliance or utensil for cooking food. In which case, calling cook a cooker, is the same as calling driver a car. In my mind it's funny.
^ dictionary -- fictionary
no, it is the verb. To drive the car, makes you the driver of the car. To cook (verb)with the cooker (often pressure cooker or iron cooker), you are the cooker of the food in the cooker. It is confusing, because it is the same word. If the car would not be a car, but instead a driver, than the driver would drive the driver. Confused still?
^ in dictionary she trusts not
No, it is not confusing. It is funny.
^ thinks cooker means a person who cooks
Whoops, ^ is too fast.
I honestly have never heard it in slang, anywhere. One who cooks is a cook, or a chef like in restaurants. But cooker?...I think that would sound funny to anyone.
^ thinks that which is spoken by country people is English...it's their own little language
