Does anyone know how I get my company logo to show in the favorites window (instead of the default) when someone bookmarks my site?

(An example would be www.webmonkey.com)

I think this is what your looking for:

"You need to create a file called favicon.ico which is a Windows icon file. This should be an image 16 x 16 pixels that uses only sixteen colours. "

Here is an article from SitePoint's WebmasterBase which also explains about FAVICON and also click to Favicon.com for tips and an online generator to create the icon.

There are limits to this feature, such as everytime someone clears their cache your Favicon will disappear until visited again. But they are cool...

Yes...favicon.com will even allow you to create an icon online using their Java-based app.

Then it will even email it to you.
