    INSERT issue due to INT

Forgive me, this is probably easy but I'm having trouble getting part of the INSERT statement into my MySQL database.

    INSERT into apps_bestbuy (prodcode, grpcode, step1, step2, step3, step4, skuID) VALUES ('" & request("prodcode") & "','" & request("grpcode") & "','" & request("step1") & "','" & request("step2") & "','" & request("step3") & "','" & request("step4") & "','" & request("skuID") & "')

All fields are going in except for the prodcode field. I believe this may be because the prodcode field is an INT where all other fields are VARCHAR's.

    Can anyone help? Thanks!

well, that's your answer, then, remove the single quotes around the prodcode value
