your experience with free hosts supporting php and mysql

I've been looking for a free host lately that supports php and MySql.
MySql is not really needed. At least php.
Very simple stuff, no big disk storage.

I searched the board and I used google.

However, I would like to know what people around here would recommend before making my choice. I mean, the most up to date good stuff.

I think freewebs does MySQL but I could be mistaken
