    Question upload and display image to mysql database

    hi guys! can anyone give sample codes on how to upload and display image from mysql database. im developing forum right now, im having problems in putting avatars for the user. i want avatars comes from the uploaded image to database. im new to php and searched for the tutorials i found them so confusing, but i think forum is the right place. thanks a lot for the help.

    There a link here to an image upload script article! Maybe you should have a look at that and then figure out the database stuff

    Most of the time all I would do is also store the name of the image in the database, you could get them a form field in the upoad form! Then In the script set a variable for the location of the avatars. Run a query on your database set another variable for the users avatars and then joing the variables together to make that users avatar location!

    Hope this makes sense. If not give me chance and I will upload some code!
