Cant open any links om my site

Hello, Im very new tp php

I have just installed a phpbb board on my site

when I go to log in to admin
I keep getting this error message

crictical error occurs on database connection problem

but as per ur mail u given theme config , do one thing dont load any themes work with default theme only, may be u have prob in aeolous theme file.
