    Fetching an object

    PHP Code:
    $id_query "SELECT issue_id FROM fsi WHERE fac_id = '".$id."'";
    $id_res mysql_query($id_query);
    $issue_id mysql_fetch_object($id_res);
    Is there something wrong with this that it doesn't work? I've never been able to get just one field queries to work. Can anyone shed light on this situation?

    As far as I can tell that should work. $issue_id->issue_id should get that value. Is that what you're using?

    I figured out what I was doing wrong. My understanding of fetch object was wrong.
